Does the app still functioning?
I have paid for my yearly subscription and it is supposed to renew by March 2022 but I realise there’s no new content since 2020. Why? I can’t seem to cancel the subscription on iTunes as well.

Update needed. When exiting the app and returning later it loses your position in the magazine leaving you to have to find where you left... please sort it or bring a 'book mark' tool.
Not for subscribers
As a print subscriber I should be able to login, but it doesn't work. Jumped through all the hoops and even called customers service who said they were resetting my password. No dice. Forgot password doesn't work as it just keeps saying connection error. Even tried a different email but says couldn't locate account, therefor connection error is false. Tried creating a new account but says account already exists.

Meh
Would be a good app but needs a lot of work. Constantly crashes and lags. Sad that, because I would've loved to use my glamour subscription on my phone.
Issues and Updatss
Since the IOS update I have lost all back issues prior to October 2015. This is displeasing and not to mention he fact that the November 2016 issue is yet to be uploaded on the App. There are also no options for purchase.
Disappointing since the update
I've had the glamour app for some time. I had issues going back to 2013, but since the update these have disappeared. I've even tried the restore option but that doesn't do anything. Also the digital version of the magazine doesn't show on the app until a week or more after the magazine comes out. As a subscriber I'm disappointed with this update. Ive lost old issues and can't see the new issues when they come out. Sort this out please!

Good app, too long between coming out in shops and appearing
I like the app, but it's over a week between the magazine coming out in shops and being able to get it on the iPad. Annoying. 🙄
Issues uploaded too late
Good app, saves buying magazine in shops. However, it comes out in the shops days before it is uploaded to the app 🙄
New update is AWFUL and Beware!
The new update completed deleted all the older dated Glamour UK magazine issues (from year 2012) that I brought and paid for. It didn't even show up in the downloaded section of the new update.
Warning to users: if you brought magazines older than Oct 2015, it will not show up. What a complete and utter waste of my money.

Blank pages throughout magazine
Despite having been in contact with yourselves by email several times over the last few weeks and having deleted the app and reinstalled it, the ad pages are still appearing as blank throughout the magazine, this is very annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP!
Extremely poor
New format is appalling, app freezes and crashes, and is an absolute nightmare. Don't subscribe to the online deal!
Awful crashing issues
App constantly crashes which is extremely frustrating when trying to read a magazine. Annoying when you pay out for something and can't even use it. I think I'll stick to paper copies from now on!
Download fails
Just subscribed to Glamour magazine and received the receipt from itunes, but I can not download the December issue. Seems like I haven't done a purchase and everytime I try to restore my purchases, I get "Restoring Purchases Failed" message from my iphone and ipads!!!!
Impossible to read, crashes constantly
I got this app as I received a subscription with a beauty box, but the app makes reading the digital magazine a nightmare. It crashes, and then when you reload it takes you back to the page you started on! Trying to scroll to find where you were before the crash is difficult due to the app being so slow to load. It’s just awful, and frustrating as there is no other way I’m aware of to read the content.

Constant crashing
This is a disgrace. I bought a one year subscription before the last update when the app was still working. Now I'm lucky if I can go through five pages (including adds) without the app crashing. Have to reopen and find where I was all the time. Further, app loves to freeze for several seconds on every ad page. Please invest in some less crappy ad programmers. Thank you.

Unuseable
Had a subscription, forced to cancel it as I never actually got to read an issue. Considered it a sucess if I got through three pages without the app crashing and got fed up of constantly having to find my place again. Awful app.

If you are going to pay money for an online magazine, you should at least be able to read the articles before it crashes! The ads come through though of course(!)
