Solid Update
The Glance clock is abandoned and dead. Opening screen of the app is now just “Bluetooth is starting…” and nothing ever happens. The clock is no longer gettting info from the app, so it is now just a clock.
Company stopped supporting the glance clock
If your reading this do not buy the glance clock. The last firmware nerfed the clock. The android app kinda works but this apple one does not at all. The clocks are now big door stops. The company should be sued.
Not impressed
Have to say I really wanted to like this but the interface is not good. I can’t get the weather function to work and reaching out to customer support appears impossible. This is all too bad but it’s a pretty cool idea.
So disappointing
Wish I would have read the app reviews before purchasing a $200 clock. If it worked as it advertised it would have been my favorite smart device in my home but the app continuously crashes, I can't get the weather feature to work, and I can only set up a few alarms throughout the day.
App Required For Setup, App Doesn’t Help w/ Setup
Issue 1 - Just tried setting the configurations on my new clock and the app doesn’t allow changes to the factory settings, e.g., a button setting for turning on hour dots would immediately slide back to off.
Issue 2 - the app says a firmware update is required but the update fails due to an “allow notifications” error regardless of whether notifications are allowed or not in iPhone settings.
Issue 3 - the clock’s calendar integration is supposed to work with Apple’s Calendar, however the app will only connect with Google Calendar.

Can’t connect
Can’t stay connected to the clock longer than it showing “hello.” Can’t even get the hands to show the correct time. This makes the clock unusable.
No Calendar support
How has this clock lost features instead of gained since release? All I want to do is see the built in calendar from my iPhone on my clock. That’s the only useful feature. I had it. Now I don’t.

Solid Update
This update has worked more dependably than previous versions. Hope to see features like IFTTT and support for Apple Calendar come back.
