Do not buy the bac4000!!!
I can use the app I’ve got the bac4000 it’s a huge downgrade without the app I downloaded the app but when I get in the app it’s stuck on a big screen sideways of how to confirm your account and when I tried to confirm my email or phone it’s not authorized 900- dollars wasted and whole day wasted of my time putting it on and I can’t even use it like for no reason it’s literally a downgrade I need support from GLE soon or I will refund.

Amazing APP!!
Christmas gift for son. Once phone number was approved allowing app access, this app unlocks FULL CONTROL of your BAC4000 making your ebike and absolutely fully customizable BEAST. GLE support is great and fast responding. Would give 10 stars if possible! Old 2020 surron with 4000 mile 32ah battery now goes 55-60 mph! Crazy.

Best dashboard app for surron
This is by far the best dashboard app for the BAC4000 controller on a Surron, easy to use, tons of functionality and features, tune the bike exactly how you like it. Anyone hating on this app is crazy.

Works great for tuning your bac4000. By far the best app compared to others. Highly recommended it just this app but the entire bac4000 kit for the Surron
Can’t even sign up to use it
When I open the app it ask to give a phone number or email, when I do, it said im not authorised and need to contact support. I can’t contact customer support cause there no option to press

Worked fine last year
Today it’s just opening up sideway and says GLE with logo but won’t do anything else. Please update with fixes.
GLE dashboard
Can’t access bc it won’t accept my phone number and I’ve entered correctly multiple times. I see this issue a lot online but no solutions. Can’t get any help from GLE at all
Cannot Open
The app opens horizontally with large fonts cannot get to bottom buttons to add login info. Installed and uninstalled then reinstalled trying to get it loaded and didn’t work. Please update with fixes.

Good controller bad app
This app will never get above 1 star as long as it requires an internet connection to use with my OFF ROAD DIRT BIKE. I may have to extract the APK to figure out a way around this.
That aside there are more problems:
Odometer is always in km even if you select miles.
Regen toggle switch overwrites your regen settings instead of simply toggling on and off. If you’re trying to use roll off throttle regen you can’t use this toggle switch. Have to go into regen settings every time.
Various other small rough edges, but they’re forgivable.
Same problems exist in the android app. 3 stars without the internet requirement.
That aside there are more problems:

Needs some help.
Problems:
-This app uses internet to authenticate your account. Without internet your not going to be able to open this app. Real stupid as most bikers who actually use this bike for real purpose is in the woods or away from any cell towers.
-Customization. 1: No ability to re arrange, resize, or select different layouts. Temperature icons small and would like to see more layouts to see what you want to see and nothin else. 2: Multiple power levels. It has two modes. Outside those those modes you can save profiles but it’s more work to go back and forth and load more profiles. Should have street, ludicrous, and more or 1-5.
Help! All the added options are great. Most people don’t know what they are changing or that settings so. Having a advance screen for all the different settings and also options so people can get an idea what others are running. (Recommended settings, snappier throttle, stock more, upgraded motor, more torque…) can be a simple text above each setting that says (recommended 80-120) you get the idea…
Over all this is the best app out there with options and self tuning. The built in diag with alerts is super nice for diagnosing and the information given is not far from what’s needed. Just a few wants out of me but it’s a EXCELLENT start.

Works great
Motor tune, power and current limits. Hopefully they will add throttle curves and positive/negative ramping adjustments.
