After update quit working
We have the 1050b from GLI and for the first year or 2 it worked... that is until daylight savings time came and I tried connecting to the sign to update the time. When I opened the app, my sign was not listed on the “nearby device” list. I tried uninstalling the app, I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Still don’t work. I spent $200 on a sign that now turns itself off and on over 2 hours earlier than I want it to. It’s extremely disappointing that Apple allows company’s that don’t back there product to put apps on their store. I've tried contacting the company's customer support which is non existent. Or they just don’t care to respond. I would return the sign before it’s too late.

it would be nice to rename signs to tell the difference between two signs. app is really struggling to update them both

Simple time adjustment
We are enjoying two signs. When it comes to daylight savings and fall back we simply open up the app, connect to each sign and it syncs with the updated time on my Iphone (which automatically changes). They are fairly bright but in daytime could be a little better.
Time change with sign
Worked great until recent time change. Now I can update my sign with the app to correct it to the time change.

Works as expected
Love the sign and customization options! It works. Although it’s Bluetooth only, it works well when nearby to change hours, colors, etc. very happy!

Settings are not staying set.
We have set the hours to 24hrs and next day all hours are automatically set back to off at 11:59pm and back on at 12:00am. That too doesn’t turn back on till 2am great idea but not dependable.

We have the 1050b from GLI and for the first 6 months we used it it was great and worked without issue… that is until daylight savings time came and we tried reconnecting to the sign to update the time. To our surprise when we opened the app our sign was not listed on the nearby device list. We tried uninstalling the app which did nothing, unplugging and plugging back in the sign, as well as restarting the four different devices we tried using to even get the app to register that the sign was nearby. Nothing. We spent $200 on a sign that now turns itself off and on over 2 hours earlier than it is supposed to and no matter what we do it still won’t even show our device in the app. Extremely disappointing to spend this much money and it basically being worthless. We’ve tried contacting the company’s customer support 3 different times via their contact us page in their website and have yet to get a response. Highly recommend finding another brand of sign if you’re using this for your primary business open sign.

Will not connect to sign
This app has always been giving me problems. Now it won’t even connect with my sign to change my hours. That’s not convenient for a business at all.
