App will not let me long in or signup. It’s pointless

I love the car wash itself but it won’t even let me sign into the app
Do Not Buy Washes in the App
They have switched systems that they use to process washes, and the app is currently useless. The $18 wash in the app is now $15 on site, and they can’t process the app wash without a manager.
