Sync delays
We are a major city and our dept using this app for on street parking enforcement. The communication between the pay apps and enforcement apps are horrible. There is often delays in the apps sync from 3 mins to 20 mins. This is a major problem when trying to enforce parking when someone pays and it doesn’t show up in the enforcement app for 20 mins

Sync/download
The app is very slow. Additionally after using the camera to scan for violators it downloads all your cars repeatedly. Example, scan 6 cars, download to check for violators, scan 6 more. Instead of it just downloading the second 6 it will download all 12.
