Not working - can’t add a new Glimpse
I don’t know why but I can’t now find the buttons to add a new glimpse or the settings menu. All I can see are previous Glimpses that I have taken. Very frustrating. App help is not helping
Where is the help?!
I’ve used Glimpse successfully for years but suddenly I cannot add a new video. The + has disappeared and I’ve emailed their help several times but no responses. Very disappointing.
Terrible design
Great concept and makes really special videos but completely lacks intuitive interface and there is no back up for your clips. I accidentally deleted my glimpse and a whole trip’s worth of memories when trying to remove a single clip. There was no instruction or user friendly menu to help me navigate and avoid making this easy mistake. The app also doesn’t store your clips and so there’s no way to recover deleted info or put it into a new glimpse from a library of clips. Reached out to customer support and was ignored. So disappointing.

I paid for premium but it won’t let me make a video. Really buggy.

Love using this app as a way to capture moments. but it needs some updates and bug fixes
