App won’t open
I downloaded the app and when I try to open it up it stays open for a second and then closes out. Deleted it from my phone after several tries to re download and open with no success.

GREAT APP FOR KIDS
All 3 of my kids now use this and it makes it a lot easier to have our talks together. They can log how they feel in the moment and we can talk about it later. My kids are 15, 13, & 6 and they all 3 LOVE IT. Thank you Anne for a wonderful app.
Lifesaver
I use this app every day sometimes several times a day. It has helped me so much especially the time I wasn’t safe by myself a couple weeks back. I take full advantage of it. I would recommend it to anyone.

This app helps keep me grounded. There are many times I lie to myself and others and say, “I’m ok, I’m fine” , and I’m not. This is a safe space for both good days and bad.

I’m so grateful for this app.. being a content creator is hard because it really makes you feel like you have no one to talk to because they will use every little thing against you that they can, but with this app , I can write out how I really feel without worrying about someone using it against me.. thank you for this app Anna!! I really enjoy just how easy and straight forward this app is. I end each day checking in with myself and UGUD has become apart of that routine because it literally asks you good? Not full of distractions. 8/5 stars.

I honestly love this app. It helps with mental health in a way that feels supportive, simple, and real, not overwhelming or preachy. The tools are genuinely helpful and easy to use, and it feels like having guidance right when you need it. You can tell a lot of care went into it. Highly recommend.
