We were told to create a user in the app for a recent stay. Every time we tried, we got a “Unable to connect to server” message.

I paid over $800 for a weekend stay at one of their locations. I get a email from Expedia that my booking and stay was cancelled. I never cancelled. And now customer service doesn’t want to deal with my situation and what they did and ignoring my calls. I’m getting my refund but the point is they like to cancel your stay without your permission and don’t care that you don’t have a place to stay. Don’t book for a stay here

Really convenient
I did not expect an app like this to be so simple, but it really was convenient. Especially liked the neighborhood places feature because I didn’t know the area.
Useless
I don’t get it. I booked an apartment and the company sends an email with move-in information telling you to download this app and register name and account number. The app, however, doesn’t ask your account number, but your reservation number, which is nowhere to be found in emails or in the move in information. Website confirmation doesn’t work either.
