Update earlier 1 star rating to 4 star Finally able log in.

Followed these exact steps to log in the first time:

Update iOS to latest version
Update all apps to latest version, including Global Miles App and WhatsApp.
Fully reboot iPhone, as in, press and hold 2 buttons to turn completely off, then wait at least a dozen seconds, then turn back on.
Open WhatsApp
Open Global Miles app.
Type cell number.
Select login with WhatsApp
This time received alert from WhatsApp that Global Miles app had provided a 4 digit code.
Type the 4 digit code into Global Miles app.
Now the Global Miles app Home Screen opened. Followed same procedure for installing iPhone version on Mac, but checking the IPhone WhatsApp for the 4 digit code. Subsequent times I started the app it goes right to the app Home Screen, on both iPhone and Mac. Left off a star because never received any help from support, no response to my emails, and no one ever answered their phone either.
