Very poor application
This app is very poor, government is spending lots of money please build a standard application. Sorry to say you in the modern days a country can’t produce a this poor application.
Terrible app and website.Photo upload doesn’t work and ARN no. is different from website
Photo upload does not work at all. It is because the upload page automatically crops the photo to a different dimension so the dimensions are always incorrect. Tried the same photo on the website and it worked as expected. Mind bogglingly horrible implementation. Also the ARN number on website and app are different. So if you make a mistake in the app, you can’t even correct it on the website. Absolutely terrible.

Can’t enter long given name
This app is for offering passport services to Indians who typically have long given names. Literally the first field in the passport application form is given name and I can’t enter my full legal given name.
At this point this app is useless to me.
