Will not play in Canada
I am signed in on my global app and I am getting constant errors that it can’t stream videos outside of Canada. I am in Canada, not using a VPN and signed into my global app. Garbage

Trying to use this on an AppleTV. But it constantly buffers and won’t load shows.

Better solve your technical issues
I am frustrated with the constant upload delays on the global TV app. New episodes fail to appear the next day often taking several days to finally show up. The issue with this delay is that it cuts directly into the free streaming window. if your team takes three days just to put an episode on the app viewers only have four days left of the supposed seven day free window to actually watch it. it feels unfair to lose out on that time through no fault of our own.
Please fix the slow upload time so episodes are available when they are supposed to be.

So many ads! Like excessive! It’ll be 4 ads in a row then you watch the show for 10 seconds and it’s 4 more ads again!Even when it’s the app glitching, when you go right back in to watch the show it’s immediately ads again. It’s frustrating that you can’t even enjoy a show. Not even worth using the app

Big Brother US All Messed Up
Come on guys is it that hard to check the uploads of the new episodes of Big Brother US? It’s been a disgrace to watch it on this app because, the first spoiler was seeing an invited mysterious contestant as the thumbnail photo of the 3rd episode, then a few times it jumps two or three episodes ahead and since during the first seconds of the show is the recap it ruins the experience of watching it. Really considering finding other ways to watch this show other than on the Global app.
A mistake once in a season is tolerable but several within just a few weeks where it ruins the surprises that the show brings is ridiculous and hard to believe how long it’s been taking for your app engineers to fix it.

App functions well. Nice selection of Shows. I try to NEVER USE IT due to the gross number of ads, the length of each add plus the repetitiveness. I never watch them as they play out so as not to take in garbage 🤷🏻♀️

This used to be a decent app. But now I have to sign in every single time I open the app. If I come back the next day, sign in again.
And sooooo many ads. I get that ads are necessary, but every few minutes is exaggerated. I watch one scene of a TV show and then get another 4 ads. Especially if I pause the show because I am doing something else for two minutes, then there’s even less TV in between the ads.
