The experience is not good and I got errors in my last visit when I purchased the tickets

I cant sign up it keep saying password must be uppercase letter special character and numbers
Issue with IOS 18
It looks like the app is not functioning with new Apple version IOS 18. The app is crashing always, even after deleting and reinstalling. Also I tried it with other devises running IOS 18
bugs in the wonderpass top-up
i love this app, it really helped alot. i just have a problem. when i try to scan my card, it automatically makes me scan the card with my camera, this it says “unable to find required media.” when i try to enter the card number manually, it automatically makes me scan my card. every. single. time. so it doesnt allow me to write my card number. please fix this, thank you!

Weekday tickets?
I have downloaded this application just because I’ve seen on the website that I could buy weekday tickets for 22.5 AED instead of 25 AED at the counter. After wasting my time to register here I could only find the “any day” tickets for 27 AED. So I guess it is misleading advertising to be filed to DED?

Login issue
Extremely pathetic app experience, wasted more than 30 minutes for login and never did login despite correct credentials. Really disappointing.

I can’t open any thing, their is msg showing there is something wrong.

لكن ياليت يبين وقت العروض المسرحية موضحه بالتاريخ وايش الفرق الاستعراضيه المشاركة كمان ياليت يبينون اسعار الدخول في ايام الاجازات مثل اجازة يوم الشهيد قطعت التذكرة وتفاجأت عند الدخول انه السعر اعلى وماكان موضح هالشي بالتطبيق
Why so difficult to buy tickets
Signs everywhere in park to buy tickets online. When you do you are redirected to this app that requires so much information, it is like getting a mortgage. Just let me buy and pay.
