This software is the best tool I have seen for teaching climate change in the classroom. The software is flexible so you can use it as a supplement to what you already teach regarding climate change or you can use this software as well as the included curriculum to teach your own climate unit.
What makes this software really stand out is that the many simulations are an extension of cool hands-on labs that you can do in the classroom. In addition the software has an authentic climate model that students can use to make predictions about future climate. Students learn about and research feedback loops, trends in atmospheric gas and input their data into the climate model to find out how these changes will impact future climates. The climate model alone is worth the price.

Excellent Learning App to understand why global warming is happening
Solid presentation of why there is forced warming of the Earth happening. The topic of global warming is often misunderstood as politics when in fact there are clear physics in play. Every student should have the chance to learn about global warming through an educational app like this one so that they are well grounded and competent with the science behind the publications and predictions they may read! The write-ups for hands-on activities to do along with the software are remarkable learning opportunities. I can certainly understand why high schools and colleges are using this app for instruction on the topic.
