App is great, subscription is not
The use of the app is great, works well, etc. The range of comics available with the gold subscription is simply not worth it, as only the first couple issues are included of many mainline comics. With the loss of Image Comics, I simply would not recommend the Gold subscription as worth it.

Most of the reason I got the subscription was because of the Image Comics catalogue, not quite worth the price without. Great App though

I subscribed to read a backlog of Image comics, but come to find out that Image is pulling all their comics from GlobalComix on August 3rd 2026. This is massively disappointing and leaves little to no reason to remain subscribed.
No pull list or subscription feature?? PLEASE make it easier to buy books from you!!
I love this app, this company, the books they have, etc., but they make it SO difficult to find the books I’m looking for. If I want to find a new issue of a series—even one that I have bookmarked—I have to search for the series, open the most recently read issue, close that issue, then scroll through a ton of back issues (especially bad for long-running series) until I can finally buy the newest issue.
There are other ways to get to the newest issue, but they’re just as convoluted.
AND, for reasons I can’t fathom, they DO NOT have a subscription or pull list option. So if I’m buying 5 comics this week, I have to spend 10 minutes doing the above process. It’s a comic book store! How do you not have a pull list option??!!
I want to give GlobalComix my money—a lot of it, every week—but it’s like it goes out of its way to make that as difficult as possible.
This would be a 5-star app if they could make the purchasing process much simpler.

Still hasn’t gotten back to me ab canceling my payment for a “free” trail and hasn’t responded to how I cancel my subscription

It keeps trying to force upgrade to the gold version and everything I tried to read was 9.99

It’s an alright app. Lots of stuff to read and if you pay, lots more. I gave it a two star for having an option for opting out of AI content but it still shows you AI content. And the developer obviously hasn’t read a comic on this app as the panning feature is bad, you get locked on the x/y axis constantly while trying to move the page around.

Love the comic range it has DC, Marvel, Star Wars but in the manga department it is lacking the mainstream manga.
overpriced
seems like some paid comics/manga cost more than what you could get on apple books, even with a subscription. it's probably a fine service for the comics you get with the subscription, but it seems scummy that it makes it seem like you're getting a discount when you buy with a subscription when really you're paying extra

Cant use arrow keys on keyboards to move panels
