The latest update is total garbage. Its way more complicated and none user friendly. Globbing team must have nothing to do to solve this mess 🤮🤮🤮🤮😏
Great Service
I’ve been using Globbing for almost 3 years after I moved to Armenia with no issues at all. All these fake negative comments are from the garbage competition Onex which is the ultimate worst shipping company ever.

Poor performance
After recent updates app becomes unusable while it opened and refreshed from memory.
Terrible customer service
I was living in armenia and then moved to another country for few years, after i came back to armenia again, i saw someone used my address in this app mistakenly, and my balance got minus, and there was no package in my account! And they didnt make my balance zero, they said you must pay it lol, i didnt order anything!!!

Most counter-intuitive and least customer-friendly package consolidation systems
I have been using Globbing for over three years and they have helped me deliver over six hundred packages and only had two or three issues. But I can't help but say that Globbing has one of the most counter-intuitive and least customer-friendly package consolidation systems out there. It's a shame.

Приложение отстает
Мне нравится как просто и комфортно его использовать. Но в последнее время приложении отстает от сайта. Когда открываешь сайт Глобинг, то там больше функций по отслеживанию посылки открывается. В приложении много нет.
Баг с оплатой.
Когда необходимо заплатить нецелую сумму, например, 10.8 долларов, то с мобильного тел это сделать невозможно. Тебе надо ввести 10.8 (точка), а всплывающее меню предлагает тебе ввести 10,8 (запятая). Соответственно приложение сумму с запятой не принимает. Поправьте пжл.

7000 usd, жду с марта, надежды тают
Заказал аппарат узи (ноутбук), рассчитал стоимость растаможки. В итоге мне сообщают, что неправильно оформили документы и груз задремала таможенная служба. Пытаюсь регулярно узнать есть ли шансы, информации нет. Вернуть продавцу тоже не могут. Это огромная потеря, каждая звезда минус стоила мне 2300 долларов !

Works for me.
I have been using Globbing since 2018.03, I’ve received more than 100 packages, and never had a problem. I just make sure to input the tracking number before my parcel reaches their warehouse, and it works.
Horrible customer support
It is waste of time and energy if you use this service. Customer support are rude, irresponsible and lazy. They don’t even do their job. They answer like robot, and they don’t even listen. They always late, your order will come in bad condition or stuck in customs. They don’t even want to help and do their own job. Worst part is they do not know how to apologize. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY… DONT USE GLOBBING!!!!

Unreliable and bad customer service
I have used globbing often but sadly not anymore (it seems management has changed). My package got lost in the warehouse and when we went to the office to see what they had to say about it, no help at all. Globbing, if you want more people to use your service focus on quality and customer service not just getting rich!

Когда захожу в «заказы в пути» пролистываю вниз он застревает и нужно выйти заново зайти ,чтобы листать до конца 🤦🏽♀️
исправьте пожалуйста -раздражает. в остальном норм , цены конечно высокие и на звонки отвечают очень долго
