Great idea but bad info
This app is exactly what I need but it is just too inaccurate to be worth using. Someone else pointed out the glaring error of the US 15% tip for great service. This was true 20+ years ago but out of date.
I checked with search and ChatGPT on Italy and Spain tour guide tips and this app states that no tip or 2-3 euro is acceptable. Very glad I didn’t take this advice as anywhere from €5-10 per person is what is actually acceptable. Deleting this app as it doesn’t look like it is updated frequently enough to be of use to me.

Very handy for frequent travelers
I travel often and frequently without much opportunity to study local customs. This app is a great “go to” source with I’ve found very useful

Hotel staff?
I thought I remember this app giving recommendations for tipping hotel staff but I’m not seeing any recommendations for any countries now. This seems like a glaring oversight.

There is a Tipping Guide at the bottom right corner. Where you can get all the guidelines for the country.

Pretty solid app! I have been using it for several years and I really like it because as a full time traveler I use it frequently to be respectful of tipping culture in whatever country I am in. It auto detects the country you’re in which is a great feature.
The developer is incredibly responsive and I would absolutely support their other apps and recommend the full version of this app.

Must have for world travelers
Pretty solid app! I have been using this for a while and I really like it and just as I was about to get the full version I noticed the price had doubled.
Hopefully it goes on sale! Also, you can get a few days trial by watching a video but mine has stopped working.

Really nice to have when traveling. Helps when figuring out if you tip and how much!
Need to update US
Will give 5 stars for now but you need to update the restaurant recommendation for the United States… If you received good service at a restaurant and only gave 15%, it would not be appreciated… unless, of course, there was a charge on the bill already.
