NO XLM MEMO please add it for safe withdrawals

I withdrew my xlm to my Bitrue wallet but it didn’t arrive, Bitrue said it’s because I didn’t put the xlm memo but Globiance app wallet didn’t make any provision for that. I’ve been requesting for my xlm wallet address from your team but no response. Sort that out please.

Now the app won’t let me log back in, when you try opening it, it shows shovel and a hammer like settings or maintenance sign. It’s your app undergoing maintenance or AppStore?
