This app ever since I’ve downloaded it and always been crashing suddenly which is very annoying.
Atrocious
Downloaded months ago and have not been able to use it yet, crashes EVERY TIME seconds after opening it. Will it ever be fixed?!?

I only use the app to keep track of my points and get my birthday voucher. The app crashes every time I use it, so I recommend keeping your physical card handy.
Keeps closing
The app keeps closing every time you click on something and then want to go back. I can’t do anything on this app

The Gloria Jeans app works well on its first enquiry and then crashes after every 2nd or 3rd time you click on something

The app is very painful, once open each selection you make it crashes, open it again and crashes. It’s not worth the effort.

Worst app I have ever used. It shuts down anytime you press anywhere on the app.
They built it cheap and seem to have forgotten about it
Logging in it goes to white screen. Then freezes. Seems like a cheap quick app they don’t need

Just downloaded the app and it doesn’t work. You can’t login nor even create an account.
Can’t log in
Please fix the log in issues. I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times and being told my username or password is incorrect.
Can never login to existing account
Have downloaded app and CANNOT log in; says login with my email exists but doesn’t let me access it!
Not working
My app is not working properly so can you please update it as I am not able to login to my account as it wants me to create a new profile every time I try to login

I’m unable to sign up on the website. The design and implementation are poor, so I don’t bother.

The location for any Gloria Jeans has crashed. Please reset the app. Ty.

Please sort this issue. Many reviews are saying the same thing. I just cannot log on no matter how many times I’ve tried.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded app -> entered my credentials-> “user already exists with email” no other way to sign in -> deleted app -> started buying coffee elsewhere
