New functions spoil experience
The new “upgrades” are frustrating. Previously tagging was pretty good and intuitive.
Now tagging every event forces the screen to orientate to portrait then you have to select the team, and scroll to find the event type and the player.
Seriously go back to the older versions that worked

My son’s game was 2 weeks ago and the video is still not out, terrible
Terrible experience
Probably one of the worst video tracking basketball service there is, you can email them about the issue, you might get a reply if your lucky 7 days later, but will do nothing to fix the problem!
Just sucks
It doesn’t let me change the teams.
Crazy
I get to watch all my highlights but it would be better on a TV!
