Disappointed is an understatement
Finally got my watch today sat aside to get it up and running the download of the app was effortless it never connected to Bluetooth stating that it was not on my phone however other devices were showing that they were connected. Some of the features on the watch needed several attempts to get them going. A hell of a lot of effort for very little and lots of wasted time.

Watch and GPS never shows the same distance, watch face list are very poor , the app is behind at least 5 years to leading smart watch makers

Be Careful
The app requires you to agree to a privacy policy that I could not find. This seems very questionable.
Can’t add up
The app can’t add steps up, shows all the steps you’ve done but often miscounts to come well short. For instance 21000 steps shows as 800 ☹️

I bought this watch to track my outdoor activities. GPS works well for outdoor cycling but is failing kayaking trips. Disappointed
Wow still no change?
I stepped away from the Pro app for a while and downgraded to the basic app. I got a bit frustrated with it as I wanted access to the more detailed metrics. I came back hopping the glitch would be fixed in the syncing of data. I’m sad to say it is the same. I’m giving up and looking for a different product. I had such high hopes for the application. My watch too longer operates as sensitively as before. I hope it gets better.

Amazon advertising this watch as BP available x
I like the watch but the Amazon Sell Ad has advertised the watch as having blood pressure in the list of features. I am big and tall so I was hoping to find an good inexpensive watch that would check my blood pressure regularly. Will you be able to add this feature in an update in the near future? This is the only option that prevents this watch from being perfect for my needs.

Calorie count is clearly off compared to other messurement sources

Value for money
For the money it’s great. I have the health 2 model, although not totally accurate the blood pressure readings are good. The sleep isn’t as good as Fitbit but not bad. 2 improvements I’d like to see . 1 quicker sync would be nice especially if you’re recording a walk/ run. 2 an auto day / night brightness.

Binding
This watch seems to think that all sound has to go through it . I don’t like that. If you turn off the Bluetooth it doesn’t work correctly. And now it will not bind and keeps telling my my Bluetooth isn’t on but I clearly is on. I’m starting to think

Awful app
If I could give this app less stars, I would! So many times I have had to manually input data onto supporting apps like Strava because the app will change a run or walk (if it decides to load at all) from the distance the exercise is stopped at to what is published. Taking off km’s at a time or not recording times and speeds. I have the Gard Pro 3 watch and I love it, but I’m having to use my phone to record my runs because I can’t trust this app for the data supplied! Needs sorting or Gard need to move on to better as this is really letting them down!

Was fine until I upgraded phone
My brand new phone is overheating when just trying to change the dial / face. And it isn’t synching to a new one. I hate the current dials that it’s allowing me to choose from. V disappointed.
Weather is wrong settings are very weak
tried everything i can think off and the weather app is wrong says rain meanwhile it’s sunny where I live. There is no tech support either look elsewhere too many bugs

Não está sincronizando o mapa da atividade registrada no w80 no IOS. Notei que no Android tem as abas Rastreio, Detalhes e Gráfico e no IOS tem apenas o detail e chart e em nenhum dos dois registra o mapa e consequentemente não consigo utilizar o Strava. Por favor verificar e corrigir
NÃO CONECTA COM O STRAVA
Paguei caro no smartwatch e o aplicativo simplesmente não compartilha dados com o app saúde do iPhone e nem com o strava.
You get what you pay for
Loses time, is difficult to navigate and the English on the app doesn’t translate well. A good price but far from as good as Garmin or Apple. A fine alternative if accuracy isn’t too important.
Outdoor Bicycle tracking
Since the last 3 updates the app no longer keeps records of the GPS data and doesn’t sync miles to the watch. Very frustrating. I contacted the company but nothing was ever fixed.
The app is still not fixed and now the walking doesn’t match up to the cellphone app.
