Great value
Just received my July glossy box and I’m so pleased. Everything in it is amazing. From the full size body lotion to the pink highlighter. Love it all , such great value for money. Can’t wait for Augusts box.
Permanent autocharge
I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, both from the website, the app and fron texting with one of their employees and yet I am still being charged for the service. I paid for the 3 month subscription service and said I didn’t want to auto renew my subscription. I then look at my subscription which has now changed to an auto renew subscription. They don’t let you cancel the subscription by yourself, you MUST try contact and ‘employee’ to do it for you, which from what I can tell are ALL CHATBOTS that are just there to keep you talking.

No customer service
So they only have automated responses to messages it’s impossible to talk to a human about subscription. Beyond annoying.

Brill Christmas gift
I was given my first Glossybox for Christmas and became a fan instantly. It is lovely to get a treat every month containing new products that I may not have tried, some which go on to be firm favourites.
Don’t get trapped
They tell to sign up first box £1 then cancel anytime. You CANNOT cancel. You’re locked in for a whole year and customer service is terrible. So disappointing!

Very hard to navigate and payment is very difficult

Where do I begin? Failure after failure after failure. My wife once was a loyal Glossy Box fan. Now, she wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Avoid avoid avoid. Rude, unkind and unhelpful. The company motto should be ‘We don’t care!’

The app has fairly basic contents and some of the offers are showing despite being several months after the expiry date
Everything is nicely shown but there is very little detail.
If you sign in as a subscriber I’d expect to see a sneak peek of the box for the following month. Instead the ‘sneak peek’ is for a box that arrived a few days ago

Easy for any dad wanting to earn points with his daughter
I don’t get make up and all the smelly stuff, but then again, I don’t need to because if my daughter likes it then #winning! The boxes are neat and organised and come wrapped up beautifully presented which she loves almost as much as trying all the products out. All the products are arranged or themed together in a way that makes sense to those who understand these things but working with the app it is simplicity itself to order a box and wait for it to wing its way out to the house. She seems to think that it makes a big difference and looks forward to the next box but at the end of the day, she’s still just my daughter and if she’s happy then so am I.

definitely get your moneys worth with these boxes, lush getting to try new products and brands that you usually wouldn’t.
another bonus is that they use royal mail and not hermes like other big businesses nowadays, no more parcels in the bin or products stolen. 🎊
totally worth the money, however, not good for if you are on a budget just as any subscription really.

App error
Whenever trying to remove an item from basket it tries to load an external web page that won’t load and crashes app. Other than that seem okay.

I had heard bad reports about glossybox prior to joining that made me avoid doing so for awhile. I will never listen to people again as it was a mistake doing so! I’ve had brilliant customer service experiences, only one outta plenty of times I’ve not been impressed with the customer service received.
The apps awesome and so easy to navigate through finding whatever you want to view and potentially purchase. There are always plenty of offers available and the subscription boxes are always jam packed with great branded products. I’ve found so much skincare, makeup and hair products I’d never of purchased if it wasn’t for glossybox that I’ve gone on to repurchase!
Overall I couldn’t be happier with this company
