PERIOPERATIVE DISEASE GUIDE 1,203 coexisting conditions across 16 consolidated clinical categories. Every entry uses the same structured layout for pathophysiology, clinical features, preoperative evaluation, intraoperative management, postoperative concerns, anesthetic drug cautions, airway assessment, regional suitability, special populations, monitoring, and clinical pearls — with textbook and guideline citations throughout. CASE TIPS (expanded and unified) 743 Case Tip listings across 16 specialties, each with the full picture: what the procedure is, positioning, airway plan, monitoring, expected blood loss, pain management, complications, and disposition. MEDICATION REFERENCE (expanded) 1,085 searchable medications and preparations, plus the curated anesthesia medication library. Search by generic, brand, or alternate name and review pharmacology, cautions, source information, and anesthesia implications. UNIVERSAL SEARCH One search box, reachable from the home screen, searches the Disease Guide, Medication Reference, all Case Tips, and every Crisis Checklist together. This update also fixes an iPhone display issue that could hide the search prompt and cursor. ROUTING AND PERFORMANCE Fixed Carotid Endarterectomy and three other cross-listed Case Tips that could display “Reference unavailable.” Large catalogs now load in the background and completed work is reused, substantially reducing first-open and repeat-open delays across Case Tips, Disease Reference, Medication Reference, Crisis Checklists, and universal search. These reliability changes do not alter clinical content or dosing logic. Free for everyone, subject to daily usage limits, with no subscription. Questions are sent to our server to be answered. Calculator inputs are never included or transmitted, and the app asks for consent and warns users not to enter patient identifiers before first use. Everything else still works fully offline, and calculator patient inputs are never stored or transmitted.
