Great app 🙂
Really handy app to have, especially if you are constantly renewing kids books without having to set foot in the library! It’s user friendly and has recently had an update so it looks great. I love using the search engine to reserve books my children are eager to read (this is the only niggle I am having with the recent update), so I hope this issue gets sorted soon.

Just can’t login (attempted with more than one card)
Still doesn’t work
I’ve been randomly signed out after much difficultly getting signed in. The barcode scanner doesn’t work, ever, and it refuses to recognise the correct PIN either.
I can see another user left the same comment 11 YEARS AGO, so clearly a functioning app isn’t really a priority!

User barcode
If only the card user barcode was within the app so that you didn’t need to remember the library card...
Nice app
Nice app, far easier than the website on a mobile device. Shame it doesn't give as much info as the website (e.g. Where you are on the hold list).

Multiple accounts
Easy to use but would be better with a "Renew All" button. Also, it would be helpful to link multiple borrower numbers to each account as I have to log out between checking accounts for each child.
Would love this to work
Difficult to scan card and when I do the number is completely different to the on printed on it! Also pin that I ordered does not work with it, there are no instructions on the best way to scan and finally it is not obvious on the app how to contact the app owners for help.
Please improve the app so that I can use it soon, I love ordering books and audio books online and love this app to work.

Doesn't work
The idea of the app is good but unfortunately it fails to list your library loans - not very helpful! Please please fix
