You guys are the most stupid app have ever known…you guys ripped me up of $500 just now , a new card I just got from the store myself. You deserve nothing but hell and I will make sure non of my close relatives uses your so called stupid app anymore . You don’t deserve any app ratings at all.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my issue was handled. I submitted a valid $100 iTunes gift card, but your vendor claimed that the card had already been used. I strongly believe my card was valid before it was submitted, and I feel I have been treated unfairly.
What makes this even more frustrating is the poor customer service I received. Instead of properly investigating my complaint, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in your platform.
As a result, I have decided to stop using the Glover app. Unless this matter is resolved fairly, I intend to share my experience publicly to warn others about what I believe is an unprofessional customer support system and unreliable vendor process.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and provide a fair resolution.

Disappointed
I’ve been trading with you guys for years now and I’m always sure of my cards since I get it from my direct source. But I traded $300 iTunes yesterday which I just got not up to 30mins but after I uploaded it was declined and I was told the card has zero balance which I know is false because I checked the card balance before I uploaded. This is the end of me ever doing any business with you except I’m credited. It’s so frustrating and annoying that you people rip off a customer that has been trading with you for years. I regret ever starting or doing business with you.

I’ve been trading with this people for a long time but recently I’ve been ripped twice in less than a month and when I complained about it to customer service they said there’s no money in the card at when it’s uploaded to their system, I agreed and moved on.
This other time I checked the balance in the card before uploading it and still your system said the card was empty. It’ll be last time I’ll trade anything with your guys again.

I try to buy a $40 iTunes card at 67,300 and I was given a payment details and after payment, it was confirmed that payment went through, now only for them after some minutes to decline my purchase. They immediately contacted me via email assuring me to wait for few hours that the situation will be rectify or my money will be refunded back. Well, I’m glad to announce that after all the waits for few hours my money was refunded back as promised. Thank you Glover for keeping to your words.
