Not working
I installed this app, answered the long list of questions, and took a very clear selfie of my face but finally gave up after several error messages saying it was unable to process my photo. I retook the photo a few times only to get the same error message. Disappointed..

Waste of Time
For starters, it didn’t let me sign-in. I restarted the app, deleted and re-downloaded it, and tried both Apple and Google sign-in options. Nothing worked, and there were no error messages to guide me either. I downloaded other similar apps and had no problems; I continued exploring the others. After about 20 minutes, I decided to try one more time. I was finally signed in, although I have no idea which Google or Apple attempt it was. Finally, I thought I could start exploring the app. Instead, the intro “quiz” took 1-2 full minutes PER answer to load into the next. Again, there were no error messages or loading symbols to indicate anything one way or another. After spending FIFTEEN MINUTES answering a handful of questions, I finally got to the skin scan page. Except, it wouldn’t process. Shocking. I retried maybe 20 times since I had already wasted so much time, but it didn’t work. According to the other reviews, I would have had my time wasted even had the app been functional, as they say it demands payment right after the skin scan.

Don’t download
It’s fake some things just don’t work period and this has a lot of flaws for an app I’m supposed to trust with my face and as it gets worse it stops letting you upload pictures of yourself sooooo🫵👎🙁

I was interested in using this to shop for skincare and learn, however I try to set up an account via google or apple and no matter what I choose, it doesn’t work.

Keeps switching between the score being 69 and 79, even tried with super models same result, do not download

The app worked pretty well for a few days and the past 2 days it won’t even load. I’d love to request a refund, but since the app won’t load I can’t even reach any kind of Help or Customer Service.

Premature review request
I only just now downloaded the Glow app, answered several questions, and took the selfie pic in the app; meaning - I have not yet truly used the app, but the app requests a 5-star review at this early juncture.
And if you select the “not now” option instead of giving a review, no analysis analysis info is made available and therefore you can’t go any further to find answers or recommendations in the app.

Never able to get analysis, even after 11 day streak. Sometimes photo doesn’t work o you have to upload. Originally couldn’t even log in for about two weeks. I like it when it works but wish I could get the analysis.
Needs comparison sheet
I love the idea of this app and it seems to work pretty well. For some reason, I can’t seem to get my photo quality score above 85 even though I take it in very good light. I do have a suggestion and that is that the user should be able to put the results in some type of comparative spreadsheet to compare each of the categories. I like to actually track each of those categories without having to flip back-and-forth to the different dates to see what my scores were.
