Hidden in app payments
I was setting up and all was fine until it popped up and said to try “my glow” which wants a subscription. I specifically downloaded this because there’s no stated “in app purchases”. Thanks a lot.
I’m at the end of my rope, dealing with severe mood swings thanks to losing the genetic lottery and having literal potentially deadly hormone problems, I’m downloading this in desperation, and yall just made it worse with that BS.
I don’t have any money. This is debilitating and destroying my life. I can’t even take care of myself because of the condition I have.
I’m using a used broken iPhone that was a gift one could barely afford.
I need hormone treatment but the insurance company refuses to pay for what works, if someone else pays I lose my entire coverage because clearly 80$ a month being lucky enough to be gifted means I don’t need help anymore for the other who knows how many thousands the bloated system is, and I needed more evidence and data to fight back to actually get that treatment covered and basically prove I have this condition because it’s a rare or at least ignored one no one talks about.
I have TBI thanks to the problems progesterone causes me and no one believes me. I could’ve had data for it finally in recent time at least and now I can’t because I’m a poor piece of garbage.

Keeps freezing whenever I try to open the app and use.
Terrible customer support!!!
The customer service for this app is the worst!! I’m pretty sure my account has been hacked because someone has posted comments in several chat rooms in the app and they are not comments that I would even make. I sent an email to support and have yet to receive a response. I tried to change my password and guess what…I have to contact support. Well I hope the hacker has fun impersonating me because I guess I’ll never get the issue resolved.

Constant Ads to Pay for Premium
This app is essentially unusable at the free tier. Every little click to try to log anything and a pop-up comes up trying to get you to pay for their premium plan. Ridiculous, annoying. There are plenty of good free options that have all the same functions, this app isn’t anything special.
Disappointed
You now have to pay for everything which is annoying. I hate the entire new design of this app smh. I can’t even log my moods or log when I was intimate anymore because it now requires payment.
Used to be Free now a scam
I had this app since 2015 and stopped using it for a year and now to make a profile they want to charge a subscription to just “try it out”?. No thank you. If they really cared about women, then they would show it.
Updated ruined it
Before Eve merged with whoever they merged with this app was great! Always accurate & super simple to use. Now it’s complicated & inaccurate so I don’t want to use it anymore. I used this app for at least 10 years. You can’t even look so see when your period is coming months in advance anymore.
No longer usable, have to download separate Glow app
So the Eve by Glow app no longer allows me to get past the data consent form, which I already filled in ages ago. An email from this app linked to the Glow app which is on a separate App page, logging in had all my inputted data so I’ll no longer use this app. I may switch over to the app my friend uses as it seems to be less annoying.

Used to be great, now cluttered with ads
I’ve been using Eve for over a decade and would recommend it to every woman I know. However now the app is so littered with pop ups and ads for their own upselling that I really don’t like it. I’ve switched to just tracking on Oura.
Used to be good awful now
It didn’t store my data or logged out from the account, constantly asking to upgrade to the purchase one, used to use it three years ago very well but now it is frustrating and want to change it
Stuck on ads?
I’ve been using this app for a LONG time. Not perfect but it does the trick. I’ve noticed lately that I am unable to press the “skip” button on the MANY ads that pop up when I open the app. The only way to bypass them is to close the app completely and open it again. Not sure if this is an iOS issue, the app, or some combo, but it’s seriously affecting my use of the app. One of these days, I just won’t bother to reopen it. Please have someone look into this issue. I would hate to have to switch services when this one has so much of my info already.

Deleted all of my history
Used this app for the past 10 years. A couple of days ago, it randomly logged me out. When I logged back in, it reset the account and I’ve not lost all of my history from over the past 10 years and am unable to get it back!
They made me scream at my phone
The number of ads and pop ups to go premium is frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. The old version was golden compared to this one
It needs some work
The app does a bad job at tracking my period but it’s always jumping with adds to buy stuff. The format of the app is jumbled and not easy on the eye. I really just need a simple monthly tracker with no ovulation or pregnancy tests. I wish it was organized better
Used to love this app
I used to use this app all the time and it was actually fun to log (I know that sounds weird but it’s true) ig I’m also sentimental cuz I found out I was pregnant with the app and it was amazing. But after they teamed up with glow or whatever this app has become a nightmare. Impossible to get through all the ads just to log a stupid period there’s just too much going on I’m going to delete it because most the time it’s not even accurate. Also just bc I didn’t log the last month it wouldn’t show me when my period would’ve been which it always used to do when I would forget and didn’t show me when I would start. So sad just going to delete the app now because it’s too much of a pain.

I’ve used this app for years and this is the SECOND TIME that I have have opened this app and all my data was gone with no warning. Now everytime I open the app it asks me to log in and go through setting up the app like it’s my first time using it , I’m guessing because they want me to pay to use the premium version…Don’t waste your time with this one, there are more reliable period trackers out there.
