Loading Issue
I’ve been having a lot of trouble with this app for the past week. Whenever I open the app it usually doesn’t take long to load after it reaches 100%. But lately, it’s just been going on this repetitive loop “1234” and it won’t budge. I’ve tried everything from restarting my phone, detecting the app and reinstalling, restarting my WIFI etc. but nothing seems to be working. What do I do?

I really enjoy these exercises. I feel really relaxed during and after doing them. It doesn’t seem like these simple exercises could have an effect and only time will tell but my face does seem to look a bit firmer, so I’m excited to see the progress over time. I have a hard time sticking to anything but I actually look forward to doing these exercises.

Can’t cancel subscription!
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. The button won’t work and I’ve emailed for support twice! Very unfortunate and frustrating ! I’ve wasted so much money.

Can’t stop payments
Do not purchase a subscription, I have tried for months and they will not stop taking payments. It’s been absolutely crazy. Total rip off.
Love the effect, could use more accurate instruction
Simple and effective program. More accurate instructions would make a great difference: timing should match the real time and real number of movements that should be done, instructions should be clear. E.g.: “repeat ten times”, or “do it for 30 seconds” (with a timer included in the app). But overall I am glad I found this app 🙂

Love the app! I always feel great afterwards. I wish there was a way to pause, rewind, fast forward.
Good videos but very poor app
The videos are good and work fine, however the app consistently forgets who I am and says that I don’t have a subscription, loses track of my progress and it NEVER reminds me, despite having this set up meaning I can’t make proper use of what is a pretty expensive subscription. If you’re going to charge this much money, your app has got to be great, not clunky, hard to make full use of and frustrating.

The app wasn’t working but has since been fixed. Now I can get back to the exercises, which definitely work!

Why is the app no longer working? An error message appears every time I try to open it.
App down for months, no response from customer service
Total scam - charges customers a ton of money and then doesn’t provide a useable service. Apple won’t step in to assist, either. Stay away.
App is unreliable
This past month the app has worked for approximately 4 days. I've requested a refund for the month and have not had a response other than an automated email saying they will get back to me. They are aware it isn't working but can't seem to fix it.
Was a good app but has been down for weeks!
Like other users said, app has been giving an error message and our only response is ‘please wait’.
I did like this app to prepare for events and such it did work, but paying for something and then not being able to use it for extended periods of time with a ‘well let you know when it’s up’ isn’t helpful or honestly acceptable. Things happen but this is a long time.
