I really enjoy these exercises. I feel really relaxed during and after doing them. It doesn’t seem like these simple exercises could have an effect and only time will tell but my face does seem to look a bit firmer, so I’m excited to see the progress over time. I have a hard time sticking to anything but I actually look forward to doing these exercises.

Can’t cancel subscription!
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. The button won’t work and I’ve emailed for support twice! Very unfortunate and frustrating ! I’ve wasted so much money.

Can’t stop payments
Do not purchase a subscription, I have tried for months and they will not stop taking payments. It’s been absolutely crazy. Total rip off.

Love the app! I always feel great afterwards. I wish there was a way to pause, rewind, fast forward.
Good videos but very poor app
The videos are good and work fine, however the app consistently forgets who I am and says that I don’t have a subscription, loses track of my progress and it NEVER reminds me, despite having this set up meaning I can’t make proper use of what is a pretty expensive subscription. If you’re going to charge this much money, your app has got to be great, not clunky, hard to make full use of and frustrating.

Why is the app no longer working? An error message appears every time I try to open it.

Total scam - charges customers a ton of money and then doesn’t provide a useable service. Apple won’t step in to assist, either. Stay away.
App is unreliable
This past month the app has worked for approximately 4 days. I've requested a refund for the month and have not had a response other than an automated email saying they will get back to me. They are aware it isn't working but can't seem to fix it.

I did like this app to prepare for events and such it did work, but paying for something and then not being able to use it for extended periods of time with a ‘well let you know when it’s up’ isn’t helpful or honestly acceptable. Things happen but this is a long time.

Recently the app has crashed when attempting to login. It is unusable.

Hi, I’m trying to open an app and it gives an error. What has happened? When it will be restored?
So buggy I can’t even use it with my paid subscription
I don’t even know if this apps works anymore. I’ve been trying delete the app, redownload it, and the login again so I can do an exercise and each time I’ve tried, it throws an error so I can’t even use the app.
Do not recommend spending money - once you pay for a subscription the gives you and error continuously and doesn’t work.
