About

You told a friend "I've started going to the gym," and they asked: "So what's your routine?" Ever been stuck for an answer? "I use this machine... but I don't know its name." "It works my chest... I think." "I can't remember what I did or how many reps." If you have just started, that is completely normal. GlowForm is a workout app for gym beginners that teaches you the names of the machines, how they move and which muscles they work, while you use them. Find the machine by photo, watch the movement in 3D, and see which body parts you have trained and how balanced your training is. Before memorizing complicated training theory, start by understanding what you are actually doing. [Find it by photo, even without the name] Gyms are full of machines you have never seen before. Chest press. Lat pulldown. Leg extension. You don't need to know the names from day one. With GlowForm you browse photos of the equipment. "Oh, that's the one at my gym." From there you pick up the names and exercises little by little. [See the movement in 3D] Once you know the machine, the next question is "how does it move?" GlowForm shows a 3D animation for every exercise. Movements that are hard to picture from text become clear when you see the actual form. Handy for a quick check before a set, too. [See which muscles it works] "Which muscle does this exercise train?" GlowForm answers visually. The muscles being worked glow red, so you can tell at a glance whether an exercise targets chest, back, shoulders, arms or legs. No need to be an anatomy expert. [See your training balance] When you start lifting, it is easy to stick to the exercises you like. All chest. All arms. No legs at all. GlowForm turns your logged workouts into a picture of which body parts you have trained, so imbalances you would never notice yourself become obvious. [Explain your own routine] GlowForm is not only about tracking numbers. "Today I did chest press and lat pulldown." "I mostly trained chest and back." "Legs have been light lately, so next time is leg day." We care about helping you understand, step by step, what you are doing in the gym. [Simple logging] Log the weight and reps for each exercise. Your last session is right there, so you never have to wonder "how much did I lift last time?" No over-tracking. Just a simple log that is easy to keep up. [Easy setup] Answer a few simple questions and you are ready to go, even if you know nothing about training yet. [Made for you if you] - Recently joined a gym - Don't know the names of the machines yet - Want to know which muscles an exercise works - Want to check how a machine moves - Want to see where your training is unbalanced - Can't remember what you did last time - Gave up on complicated workout apps If you have just started, it is normal not to know things. Learn the machine names. Learn what they work. Look back at what you did. Step by step, the gym becomes a place you understand. GlowForm makes strength training something you can see. [GlowForm Pro] The core features are free. Pro removes the limit on the number of menus and adds a detailed view of your training and progress. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. The yearly plan includes a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the period. [Safety] Train with a weight and range of motion that feel manageable. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort. [Your data] Training data is stored on your device.
