About

A calm, simple place to log your GLP-1 treatment: every dose, your weight, and how you are feeling, in a few taps. No ads. No sign-up. No email address. Free. GLP-1 Tracker is a personal record-keeping app for people whose clinician has prescribed a GLP-1 receptor agonist, such as semaglutide or tirzepatide. You write down what happened; the app keeps it tidy and shows it back to you on a calendar and a clean chart. WHAT YOU CAN LOG Doses Log the date and the injection site (abdomen, thigh, arm or other) with one tap. The Today screen counts down the days until your next scheduled dose, so you always know where you are in the week. Weight Add your weight whenever you step on the scale and watch the line fill in over time. Switch between kg and lb whenever you like. Side effects Pick from a list of common symptoms, including nausea, constipation, fatigue and headache. Add how intense it felt (mild, moderate or strong) and a short note if you want. It takes seconds. MAKING SENSE OF IT Trends See your weight over time, and how the symptoms you logged line up by day of the week, by dose, and by how many days it has been since your last injection. It is a plain summary of what you entered, nothing more. History Everything stays in one list and on a monthly calendar. Tap any date to see exactly what you logged that day. GOOD TO KNOW - Free, with no ads and nothing to unlock later - No sign-up: no email address, no password, no profile to fill in - Quiet, uncluttered design that stays out of your way - Available in English and Japanese - You can permanently delete all of your entries from inside the app, at any time, in one step WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who wants their own written record between appointments, so that when someone asks "when was your last injection?" or "how have you been feeling on it?", the answer is already there instead of somewhere in your memory. IMPORTANT GLP-1 Tracker is a record-keeping tool for your own use. It does not diagnose anything, does not give medical advice, and does not suggest, calculate or change doses. Any dose shown in the app is the one you typed in yourself. Always follow the guidance of the clinician who prescribed your treatment, and speak to them about anything you notice or record here. Medication names are trademarks of their respective owners. This app is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

What's New in GLP

1.0.1

July 31, 2026

English, properly this time — plus you can now log past days. GLP-1 Tracker has been usable in English since day one, but everything you saw before installing it (the name, the description, this page) was in Japanese only. That is fixed. NEW: LOG A DIFFERENT DAY Until now every entry was stamped with the moment you tapped. If you injected yesterday and only remembered today, there was no way to record it correctly. Now you can pick the date. - Tap "Log for another day" on the Today screen, or open any entry form and change the date - Quick "Today" and "Yesterday" buttons for the most common case - Today is still the default, so the one-tap flow you already use has not changed at all FIXED - Weight in your history now respects your kg/lb setting. If you use lb, entries were being shown converted to kg with a long string of decimals. They now read the way you entered them, rounded to one decimal place. - Your history and calendar now update immediately when you switch units in Settings. ALSO IN THIS UPDATE - The App Store listing is now in English - The app itself is fully in English: onboarding, dose logging, weight, side effects, trends, history and settings - Pick your language the first time you open the app, and change it later in Settings Nothing about your existing entries has changed.
