Great app if you’re on a semaglutide
I tried using my notes app and would always end up forgetting to keep up :( but Zempy has been a lifesaver! It’s great that all of my nutrition data from the meals I log automatically syncs with my apple health so it’s all in one place 🤩

Just wow and tysm! Finally something that lets me try it first :)
A fantastic app in general but I LOVE the GLP-1 coach since it’s helped me so much with meal ideas and with managing side effects! Also, the sweet reminders and encouragement really does make a difference in keeping me going, so thank you ❤️
Btw, I’ve tried a bunch of apps and all of them wanted me to pay before I could even use it, like why?? I gave Zempy a shot since it had a trial and ended up upgrading since it was a no-brainer!
