Not what I was hoping for and definitely not user friendly

Hi there, Thank you for giving the app a try. We are very sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we want to help address the issues you ran into. Apple Watch Syncing: For your steps and workouts to sync automatically, you need to explicitly grant the app permission within your device's Apple Health settings. Once permission is enabled, your data will sync seamlessly without you needing to enter it manually every night. Duplicating Data: The duplication of your logged food and calories is highly unusual behavior and certainly not how the app is intended to function. We want to investigate what might be causing this glitch on your device. Trial & Cancellations: Because our app is distributed through the App Store, all billing, free trials, and subscriptions are managed securely and directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to cancel trials on our end, but you can easily cancel it at any time directly on your device by going to Settings > Subscriptions. We would love the opportunity to look into the data duplication and help you get your Apple Health permissions sorted out. Hi there, we are so glad to hear that you loved the app! Please don't worry—you have not lost any data. Accounts are strictly linked to the email address used during sign-up. Whenever we see an issue like this, it is almost always because a user created their account with one email address and accidentally logged back in using a different one (or a different sign-in method), which creates a blank secondary account. Please reach out to us at team@glpai.app with the email you think you might have used, and we will gladly help you locate your original account and get everything sorted out!

Here is what we’ve done to address the issues you ran into: Improved AI Food Logging: While AI photo recognition isn't always perfect and generally requires a clear, well-lit photo to get the best results, we hear you loud and clear. Because of this, we always provide a manual editing option so you can correct the numbers. More importantly, we just released a new version that significantly improves AI logging accuracy. Health App Syncing: Our step and data synchronization with Apple Health should be working smoothly. However, if you are still hitting an issue, please reach out to us so we can help troubleshoot this with you. Regarding the feedback option, it sounds like you unfortunately hit a technical glitch. We would love for you to update to the latest version and give it another try.
