GLTalk is not a scam. We are an established calling service available through the Apple Inc. App Store, where all applications must comply with strict review, billing, and privacy requirements. In some cases, international calls may fail due to carrier routing restrictions or telecom limitations beyond the app’s control. However, user credit is not intentionally charged for unsuccessful call attempts. If you believe there was an incorrect charge, please contact our multilingual support team so we can review the call logs and billing records and assist you accordingly.

GLTalk is an officially published application on the Apple Inc. App Store and goes through Apple’s strict review and approval process. Apps that improperly collect, misuse, or share personal information are rejected and are not allowed to remain on the App Store. GLTalk does not share users’ phone numbers with scammers or unauthorized third parties. We take user privacy and security seriously and follow industry-standard practices to protect customer information. If any user ever has a concern, our support team is available to assist.

The company appears to be designed to take money from users. Even the support number listed in the app is not working.
It is disappointing that Apple Support allows such apps on the App Store.

The issue with calls to Iran is related to limitations and routing restrictions from local Iranian carriers, and is not a GLTalk issue. That said, the call success rate for both landline and mobile numbers in Iran has improved significantly since mid-May. The app does not intentionally connect users to AI systems or incorrect numbers. We continuously monitor call routing quality and have seen significant improvements in call success rates, especially for destinations such as Iran since mid-May.
