The GlucoRx AiDEX™ App can be used with the GlucoRx AiDEX™ Continuous Glucose Monitoring System. The GlucoRx AiDEX™ App allows you to monitor your glucose with your glucose with your phone. You can calibrate your glucose value 6 hours after your sensor warmup. You can use the GlucoRx AiDEX™ App to: · Check your glucose value ever 5 minutes, instead of a routine fingerstick. * · View your current glucose reading, trend arrow and history. · Add notes to track your food, insulin use, medicine, and exercise. · See glucose reports, including your Ambulatory Glucose Profile. *Fingersticks are required if your glucose alarms and readings do not match symptoms. The GlucoRx AiDEX™ Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) is indicated for continuous or regular monitoring of glucose levels in subcutaneous tissue and is used for daily detection and self-management of blood glucose levels in people 14 years or older. It is intended for use by patients at home and in healthcare facilities. Interpretation of the GlucoRx AiDEX™ CGMS results should be based on the glucose trends and 2 several sequential readings over time. The GlucoRx AiDEX™ CGMS also aids in the detection of episodes of hyperglycaemia and hypoglycaemia. Measurements should not be used to make treatment adjustments, but rather as a reminder of when fingertip testing is required.
