No CGM/meter Sync, Not Intuitive
The biggest downside of this app is not having the ability to connect to glucose meters; especially continuous ones like the Dexcom or Libre.
Many who use these devices don't just use them for convenience, their lives depend on it. I, for one, will not take time to enter numbers in this app that are being recorded automatically without my help in another.
Apps should make life easier, not harder. It maybe loaded with lots of options for recording and exporting different types of data with different variables, which I love, but the learning curve is a little steep & the main purpose of the app, which glucose monitoring, is sorely lacking.

Only accepts VISA
Could not activate because it would not accept any of my credit cards (Mastercard), only takes VISA. This is ridiculous.
Expand Entry Limits
Since weight issues often accompany diabetes, please consider increasing the upper limit for Weight entries.
Also, I sometimes need extra space for "Notes." It would be helpful if the entire note were readable in the summary view without needing to open the entry.

I record my blood sugar results on the application for the last 20 years and I found it great and reliable. I recommend it to all diabetics.

Simplicity and practicality
I like this app because:
It was easy to install and set up
It is easy to use
It is easy to enter data
It is relevant to my needs as being a recently diagnosed diabetic
I can export information for my doctor etc
The visual graphs, data etc have been educative for me as I am quickly seeing which foods affect me adversely and so it has enabled me to adjust my diet in a way that suits me. Similarly I have seen how very modest exercise has made my blood sugar level go down, and by how much. So I have adjusted my lifestyle appropriately.
Overall I find this app is just what I need and suits me perfectly

KEEPING TRACK HELPS REALIZE GOALS
I have been using this app since 2017. I am one of those people that can generally accomplish any goal I really set my mind to. I quit smoking 10 years ago by just putting a target date on a whiteboard in my kitchen. I’ve lost weight by doing the same thing. One’s almost 80 pounds. I was really getting up there. But I’ve never been able to really get my glucose levels in check until using this app. You need to see what you’re doing to appreciate yourYour accomplishment. are use this for bothWeight and glucose level. It really works seeing the daily changes.
