Needs Work

Paying for premium I should be able to sync with the Apple Health app if not at least sync across my devices considering there is an app version for the iPad as well. I would love to have both but, paying for premium doesn’t worth it at the moment

Response from developer

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback — and for supporting us with a premium subscription. You're absolutely right: syncing with Apple Health and across devices are important features, especially for managing something as essential as glucose data. We’re a small indie team, but we listen closely — and both Apple Health integration and cross-device sync are high on our roadmap. While we can’t promise an exact timeline yet, your input helps us prioritize what matters most to our users. If you’d like to share more or be notified when these features are released, feel free to reach out at aviaryapps@yahoo.com. Thanks again for your thoughtful review, 7logic Team

Too expensive

$5 a month is kind of too much just to record, I love it cuz is simple to use and easy to but rather have a free or cheaper one that do basically the same, if they could lower the price per month or do a yearly subscription price I would definitely be back but for now is kind of too much or offer a free with ads.

Sorry App Even After spend money for this crap this app still trying to get more money and won’t let you add your daily numbers

Where is the additional information?

I really like this app—how easy it is to use, and how it helps me keep on top of my A1c. However, as someone paying $4.99 a month, I was really hoping to be able to access reports to share with my doctor and dig deeper into my information on the website (as stated in the description). As it is, I have no access to those things, and there’s no way to find out how to do so.

Needs work

How can I view a report or sync with Health App for iOS? Paying a monthly fee I should be able to sync. No place to find a report yet app details says you can do this with premium version. Frustrating.

There is no contact info

I signed up to try, 4.99 monthy (ok, lets see).
But if I decide to cancel, there is zero information on how to contact you.
PLEASE PUT YOUR CONTACT INFO UP, its the right thing to do. I will change rating once i use the app.

DOES NOT WORK UNLESS YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR A FREE TRIAL

What a sham of an app, can’t be used unless you’re a subscriber. False advertising.

Incorrect blood sugar data

While I really like this app, I question the accuracy of the data

For example, per my physician, a 2 hr postprandial glucose 180 or below is normal. This app notes this elevated. And a fasting glucose (1st morning reading), a reading of 130 or lower is normal. Again, this app does not reflect that. If the reading is higher than 125, it is noted as elevated.

Otherwise, I really like the app. It is simple and easy to work with. I just wish I could manually adjust normal and high parameters.

Thanks,

Tina Miles.

Nothing is free anymore

I was using this app for about 2 months . When it updated it brought me to a welcome type screen and at the end said “try your free trial” and wouldn’t let me access anything until i tried the trial and then paid for it . I was really enjoying the app and would have paid for it if this dishonest game wasnt played out of no where .

They sucked me in

I used this daily just to see my numbers. I went to use it one day and it had changed to pay version. Wow, I couldn’t believe it. Luckily I really don’t need it like some people. I’m out.

Be careful

LOVED this app. It was easy to input glucose levels and check trends and estimated A1C. Suddenly, updated interface requires $4.99/month. Nope. You lost a customer with that sudden change. I can understand asking for that money if I needed more options, but the only way to use its most basic functions is by paying that every month. Bad decision. Regrettably, I’m canceling and deleting the app ☹️

From Something to Nothing

It was free and basic to now a subscription that allows for nothing basic nor free. Greed. You can have it! Everyone is out to nickel and dimes us to death.

Cancellation issues

How do I cancel my membership? Your app has no provision for cancellation of $4.99/month charge.I signed up by mistake.I appreciate your prompt response. Thanks

Subscription

I love this app for tracking my blood sugar. But I go to input my number this morning and all of a sudden I have to sign up for a subscription? No notice that this was going to happen. I don’t want all the other stuff being offered. Just the blood sugar tracking.

It’s not free

Been using this for well over a year. Then they changed the look and feel and now I can’t add entries without signing up for $4.99 / month. Not cool!!!

Now Subscription

This was a great app, and used it everyday to check and help manage my A1C. But now like all the other app company’s they want a monthly fee, which honestly can ‘t afford because of high cost of insulin. These models of monthly fees to use apps, will eventually lead to there downfalls.

I wasted my time with this

Downloaded because it was free - it seemed nice. I entered my readings daily waiting for it to have enough data to estimate my A1C. Woke up this morning to an "update": now nothing works unless you pay $4.95 PER MONTH. I can't believe I wasted my time with this.

Uninstalled

The update to this app is really cute & it's a lot better looking with all the features people were asking for, but the original app was free. Now you can't do anything with this app unless you pay for a subscription. All I wanted was an app to track my blood glucose & give me my average which is what the original, FREE app did. Now they want you to pay $5 a month to do anything with the app? I could understand $5/mo for additional features, but I can't even log my blood glucose anymore. I'd rather keep track of my blood glucose with the old fashioned pen & paper than pay $5 a month just to log it.

Sharing data

This is a straight forward app easy to add information. Although in the description you say I can share the data with my doctor but there is no clear way to do this that I see.
