Good idea but broken

No customer service

My monthly fee was doubled. I called and emailed multiple times and nobody responded. The app has good exercise programs for beginners and advanced. If you know how to take my money, you should know how to respond to my inquiries.

Can’t say enough

I love this app! If you are type 1 or 2 diabetic then you can’t afford NOT to have this. These people put their heart and soul into helping me. There are workouts for everyone from young to old. There is great informative videos and anytime I have a question or concern the coaches are right there to help me out. This app has been a life saving breath of fresh air. I wish all diabetics would at least give these guys a try because it’s not just an app it feels like family to me.

Great app!

I love love love this app! Before being diagnosed with LADA (type 1.5) this past January I was working out 5-6 days a week and very active. Once I was diagnosed I took a step back to focus on regulating my blood sugars and feeling better. Once my blood sugars were better I was nervous about getting back to the gym and working out. The GlucoseZone has helped me do that. My life is so busy and chaotic too that I can do my workout first thing in the morning and be done for the day. I highly recommend this app!

Just What I Needed!!

GlucoseZone has got me moving again!! I have just started Level 3 and have been enjoying every minute of it. I have discovered that being consistent is what works. I’ve struggled with diabetes the last ten years. I don’t expect to cure it but I hope it helps me to better control my sugar levels. I struggle with the leg lunges but I’m just this side of 70 years old. I am so glad I decided to try GlucoseZone!! It’s a real keeper.

I do not appreciate signing up for a free app only to find that it is only a 30 day trial.

App does not open !

I was very excited about this app, but upon downloading, the app would not open. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it consistently failed to open!!!
Very disappointing!
I have iPhone 6s, can customer support help fix this issue?

Does not work on IPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3. :-(

Great effort but falls short

2 issues: Where is a new version of the app? (When signing in for the first time, it asks for a newer version.)
This app uses Apple health, which many of us refuse to use for privacy reasons.
Otherwise, the concept is great. The app just hasn't allowed me to login.
