About

GlucoTrail is a calm, privacy-first journal for glucose values that you measure with a separate meter or sensor. Add each result manually in seconds and keep the details that matter to you—without creating an account. GlucoTrail has no developer-operated server, and the developer does not receive your health data. A CLEAR RECORD, AT A GLANCE • Record a value, date and time, measurement context, and optional note. • Mark entries as before a meal, after a meal, fasting, or bedtime. • Browse a chronological journal and search your notes. • View a neutral chart for 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, with an accessible data table. TWO FAMILIAR UNITS, TOGETHER Choose mg/dL or mmol/L as your primary unit. GlucoTrail displays the corresponding value in the other unit alongside every entry, so you never have to switch back and forth. REMINDERS ON YOUR SCHEDULE Create up to eight reminder schedules. Choose the time, days of the week, and whether the check is before or after a meal. Reminders use local iOS notifications with neutral text that never shows a glucose value. APPLE HEALTH, ON YOUR TERMS • Connect Apple Health from Settings only if you choose. • With your permission, GlucoTrail saves the manually entered value, time, and before/after-meal context to Apple Health. Notes are never included. • Add the GlucoTrail widget to see your latest GlucoTrail entries and dayline at a glance. The widget reads only entries created by GlucoTrail and requires prior Apple Health authorization in the app. • The journal, notes, charts, reminders, and export remain available without Apple Health access. Apple manages Health data storage and any synchronization according to your device and iCloud settings. GlucoTrail does not operate that storage or receive the data. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account or sign-in • No ads, analytics, or tracking • No developer-operated server • The developer cannot access your readings • Notes, settings, and reminder schedules stay in the app’s protected container on this device • Export a CSV only when you choose to, using Apple’s share sheet • Delete individual entries or the complete journal whenever you want Made for iPhone and iPad, GlucoTrail follows your system language in English, German, or Polish and supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver-friendly labels, dark mode, and accessible chart data. IMPORTANT GlucoTrail is a personal record, not a glucose monitor or medical device. Every reading originates as a manual entry in GlucoTrail. The app does not measure glucose, connect to a meter or sensor, interpret readings, diagnose conditions, recommend targets or treatment, or calculate insulin. Use a separate measurement device as directed by its manufacturer. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
