This does not track your glucose. You have to enter all the data and that I can do on my phone instead of a small watch.

I installed the GluHealth app after seeing an advertisement that misleadingly suggested that my Apple Watch could measure/read my blood sugar. This is not accurate at all.
After realizing this, I deleted my account and stopped using the app. However, I was still charged $54, and the charge was processed externally rather than through the App Store, making it difficult to manage or dispute through Apple.
I strongly recommend being very careful before subscribing. The advertising was misleading, and my experience with the billing process was extremely disappointing. I would advise others to stay away from this app.

GluLife markets itself as a blood glucose monitor for Apple Watch. No Apple Watch model contains a blood glucose sensor. There is no hardware in any current or past Apple Watch capable of measuring glucose, invasively or non-invasively — this is publicly documented by Apple. Whatever number this app displays is not a measurement; it is an estimate produced from unrelated signals, with nothing behind it.
The app provides no peer-reviewed validation, no regulatory clearance (FDA, CE, or ANVISA), and no description of its methodology. For a product presenting itself as a health monitoring tool, that absence is the whole story.
This is not a harmless novelty. Someone with diabetes who trusts these numbers — adjusting insulin, or skipping an actual test because the app "looked fine" — is exposed to real danger.
The billing is a separate problem. The subscription is not processed through Apple's in-app purchase system; it goes through an external payment processor. That means no purchase history in your Apple ID, no Report a Problem, no Apple-managed cancellation. In my case: the amount charged was substantially higher than what was presented at sign-up, and I was charged again after deleting my account. Getting that reversed has required contacting the developer directly and disputing with my card issuer.
If you need glucose data, use a regulator-cleared CGM prescribed by your doctor. Do not download this.

I downloaded this app and was automatically enrolled in a subscription without realising it. The subscription process was not clear, and I did not intend to sign up for a paid plan.
If you download this app, check very carefully whether a subscription has been activated before completing the setup.

Doesn’t work!
This app doesn’t work, I want my money back! I was charged two .50 cent fees and a $9.99 charge as well. This was supposed to be free. You people are thieves!
