Do not purchase!

I wish I read the comments here coz their advertising is misleading. Initially I wanted a refund because I couldn’t afford the CGM on top of the GluHealth app. But they said that the purchase was non-refundable. So that was fine. Because I had a feeling I’ll be wasting my time chasing these people and waste my time. But then, I didn’t get scrap all. The promo mentions unlimited access or lifetime subscription for $19 but that wasn’t the case. They mentioned that I paid for the Apple Watch Face! And not the subscription. Ultimate scam!! Do not subscribe. They even turned off the comments on TikTok to avoid any reviews.

Aplicativo não funciona

Empresa fraudulenta, aplicativo não mede nada e ocorreram cobranças em período de testes e mesmos após o cancelamento seguiu com as cobranças e ainda cobrou serviços que alegou ser promocionais. Ocorrendo 4 cobranças que não deveria ocorrer já que estava em períod de teste, tentei o cancelamento no mesmo dia e fui informado que as cobranças iriam seguir mas que os serviços seriam cancelados.

It’s a con

The app was advertised at .99p so I gave it a try with in app purchases. I didn’t buy any in app purchases but have been charged a further £6. I don’t find the app any good either. A waste of money.

Mir wurde was berechnet was ich nicht wollte, ich habe sofort reagiert und alles widerrufen, mein Geld ist trotzdem weg.
Jetzt habe ich Geld bezahlt für etwas was nicht funktioniert und ich gekündigt habe. So ein schlechten Service hatte ich noch nie.

Le chiffre ne varie pas !
Je demande le remboursement et la résiliation de l’abonnement cette application étant incapable de mesurer la glycémie

Não mede glicose

Duas questões que fui pego por não ler os termos. (1) mostra cobrança de $0,99, mas desconta no banco $6,00. (2) você precisa digitar o nível de glicose, o app não é capaz de medir seu nível de glicose automaticamente, como demonstra o vídeo.

The A1C box stays blank

The A1C box has not updated or recalculated in about a month. It has stayed blank I matter what I try. I would love for this to be fixed.

Very misleading app sale using TikTok

When advertised on TikTok and hence I purchased it, it used clips of an apple keynote presentation saying that the Apple Watch supported “actual” blood glucose reading using the app. Further Money was taken without notice or permission from my account. I reported this to TikTok and to my bank, all of their advertising has been removed from TikTok following a recent search and the app name seems to have changed as well. I have had a refund of the extra money in the meantime and the merchant who took the money has been blocked and a uk wide flag placed on the vendor
