The worst broadcasting app to ever disgrace this planet
Bad experience
Brand new Gl Box 500 no working properly. Nobody answers the phone. I’ve been trying last 3 days 6 times over 6 hours with no luck talking to service. Sales answered in 40 minutes Lyla.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away!
This is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The customer support is nonexistent; they don’t answer phone calls, and they completely ignore emails. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over three months with no luck.
Even worse, you cannot remove your payment card, which is extremely dishonest. They keep charging you while refusing to respond. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Please report this app to the App Store and your bank to prevent further charges and protect others from going through the same experience.
Do not subscribe to this app. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. This is a shady service and should not be trusted.

They’re excellent at collecting the money annually but God forbid when you need help, there’s nobody to help you!

Every time I go in it says no signal which is annoying and it makes no sense without it if everything works it is a solid app
Worst app available
They only let you to have subscriptions for one device so if you have to apple tvs you need to get two. Rip off . Poor costumer service and I recommend reading google reviews.

GlWiz stands out as a company that employs deceptive and dishonest practices. Their practice of selling lifetime licenses and subsequently disconnecting service is utterly disgraceful.
Still a long way to go
It is tiring to see that the app isn’t being maintained properly. It just stops working with every iOS update that rolls out. Every once in a while the app is working properly and then you open the app the next day, only to find that there is another signal error jumping into your face. Now really, folks, if you want to maintain the standards , you should be doing a bit more to attract people into using your programs. I am not even talking of high standards because I am aware that one can’t expect much from a free app, but still you have a long way ahead of you…

Not reliable and Poor customer support
I have a GLWIZ account and lots of the time the broadcast getting disconnected and it’s very annoying. When you call the customer service they either won’t answer or it take for so long to someone take your call and no resolution. More over you can not remove your payment card and each time you got to call the support to do so. And good luck with that to get someone on the line. Do not recommend this app.
