This app works well when doing a construction loan with Guild. Great for quickly reviewing and signing loan documents and uploading documents!
Can’t even log in
App kept telling me I needed to use my email address and had the wrong password. I then changed my password on my computer to make sure I had the right one and it still wouldn’t let me login in the app. How can I use this if it won’t even let me log in?

What is the point of this app
This app seems like it was made my garbage AI. What kind of data is Guild trying to collect from us with it? Seems very suspicious.

If I can’t pay my mortgage on it, what’s the point? On top of that, even the options like “Start a new loan” just result in errors

Im sure current customers know their website is already trash to pay your loan. Don’t need to imagine it’s worse on an app because that’s the reality of it. It is garbage.

Unsurprising that a company with such a horrible website for paying your loan has such a horrible app.
Guild has been absolutely terrible to work with outside of the person who originated my loan and the person who fixed my credit after I was 90 days late because their website doesn’t work.
Customer support is useless. You either need to make sure they are actually receiving your payments regularly or have your bank send a physical check.
Would absolutely not recommend Guild and clearly wouldn’t recommend this app.

App doesn’t work for payments.
This app doesn’t work for making your payments. They really need to make an app to make mortgage payments.
Mobile app doesn't work
Worked before, even it was wierd to navigate through it, to get to the Account, payments etc. I guess they "uodated" the app, and the app doesn't work. It asks to sign-in, the pwd field is called "New password", even it was saved and worked at the verification, but then, there is a second field, called "Repeat new password" (Huh?? It's not new, it's saved, and the first is plenty as I was asked to enter the code that the sys emailed me, then, this 'new' password that was not new, as the sys remembered previously saved password, but the second field of "Enter new password again" was my last drop as when K entered the pwd that I vaguely remembered (why remember, when it was saved and used to get populated in the pwd??!), I got a message: "Your account (?!!?) is locked up after so many attempts. Contact your administrator." Huh??? Wth?? Fix your darn app!! What admin? who should I contact abd why?? It worked before, reverse it to previous version!!

I uploaded this App thinking it was a full App for my mortgage, it’s not, it’s a personal App for an Agent.

This app is worthless. Guild mortgage should be ashamed! What company does not have an app that works now days.
