GMS Check-in App

The "GMS Guest Check-in App" is a tool designed for event host to streamline the check-in process for attendees. The app is designed to be used in conjunction with Internad's Guest Management System (GMS), a platform for guest list upload and invitation management for events. Guest data imported directly into the GMS platform are automatically synced with the app for onsite check-in purposes. The GMS Guest Check-in App provides various customization options to tailor the check-in process to meet the specific needs of each event. Attendees can be easily located and checked in by searching for their name. Alternatively, the app can scan QR codes on attendee’s ticket or pre-issued QR code email to quickly and accurately check them in. The app interface also provides real-time consolidated attendance statistics when multiple iPads are in use at the same time. In addition, the app can be used to handle event merchandise collection for guests. The app also allows event host to conduct on-site surveys to gather feedback from attendees about their experience. This helps event hosts understand what worked well and what needs improvement for future events.
