Simply hit view ID card and it pops up.
Bug / Timeout issue on iPhone
I can only get as far as entering my username and password before the app times out to a blank screen. I can’t access my health insurance cards which means I can’t access my medication. I have reached out to GMS and they continue to direct me back to an app that DOES NOT WORK.
Bad app
Your guys app blows. It’s the only way I can access my health insurance card and after trying to log into the app on four different devices the same thing happens. 100% do not recommend this app or this management company to anyone.
No access through app
I am never able to log into the app. Only through safari on my phone! 👎🏻😡
Great resource
Once registered on the web, the app is very convenient for all of my healthcare information needs. The most convenient item is the ID card being available for email to providers from the app.
