The app does not work. Tried signing up with the OTP and nothing showed up. This is trash

This music app after downloading and experiencing great tracks has suddenly started crashing for the past few weeks now.
Also can’t be accessed simultaneously on different devices. One device has to be logged out before it can be accessed yet still freezing and crashing.
Hope developers will take a cue and resolve this amicably.

Not up to standard
Very difficult to sign up with your own email. How can this App tells me my own email has already been taken by someone when trying to sign up? SMH
Signing up problem
I’ve downloaded the app to try. After signing up with my phone number, I waited for the OTP number but to no avail. Again, I tried using my email but with that, I had an unsuccessful error message. Or, can’t the app be used by people is the diaspora…?

No update as the app suggest you should update it before using

Great App to Promote Ghana Music
This is a great initiative from the Government of Ghana and the private sector. However, more needs to be done to improve the user experience and incorporate other African artists on the platform.

Sign up
I was very happy when this app was launched. I just downloaded the app unfortunately I can signup because it’s limited to only Ghana. The app shouldn’t be limited to only people living in ghana kindly do something about that, some of us live in the diaspora and want to support the local artist by signing up to the app

Diaspora Inclusivity
It would be great to open this app to the diaspora who do not have GH numbers to register. The majority of them would be open to paying for a subscription option.
Too many user info requirements
It’s a really cool App. However the user info requirements will probably prevent others from signing up or using the app since contents can only be accessed after signing up. As a developer I suggest you prioritize great user experience. Perhaps you could add Google oAuth to simplify the sign up process for the users. As a Ghanaian I’m really impressed with your work. Good job.

Why can’t I sign up if I am outside ghana and I don’t have a Ghanaian phone number. I should be able to sign up from anywhere and stream my favorite Ghanaian music.
Account registration
I live in the US, wanted to experience the GMX platform but could not create an account because the form requires a phone number which is restricted to only Ghana phone numbers. And the app also needs to be optimised in such a way that app loading and streaming doesn’t take forever.
