Pointless hearing aid app
Adding a new update that does not work making the hearing aids useless and then doing nothing about correcting the mistakes

Useless! Fails to gather the information that it needs to connect my hearing aids to the app.
Can’t get out of demo mode
Very frustrating app that you can’t use once opened in demo mode. Connect mode goes around in a loop.
App Will Not Work With Latest iPhone Update
This app worked fine until the latest iOS update to 15.4.1. Now it doesn’t work at all, even though my hearing aids (ReSound FP962-DRW) are connected to my iPhone. The re-pairing procedure does not solve the problem.
Complicated App
Please fix the bugs in the App. It has a mind of its own. It’s not good for people who rely on it. Does this App compatible with iPhone 12?
Works great with my resound hearing aids
I’ve had this hearing is for almost 3 years I have no issues
If I had another option I’d delete the app
The original version I started with 3 years ago wasn’t great but at least it was stable. This version is annoying. I get random uninitiated volume level changes and noise reduction setting changes. This is the only app that works with my TruHearing/Resound Flyte hearing aids. If you have options try them first.

Not good
It is not a good app. When I take hearing aids out at night and open battery cases to turn them off and wake the next morning, they cannot connect, have to shut phone down and restart. If I am lucky, the app will connect. Not nearly as good as what I originally had before this. I just changed to this app 4 days ago. Also the screen is so dark I can hardly see it. I have not found a way to brighten it up. It is not my internet as we have fiber optic.

OK, but
Works well when it works, but I have to delete it and re-download it every few months to keep it working.
Over this
I am sick and tired of having to delete and reload the app , so that it will work with my phone/hearing aids/Bluetooth! I never know when I answer a phone call if my Bluetooth connection is really going to work or not, so every morning I have to check. And many times it requires deleting and reloading.

I have the problem volume adjusts itself off my set program. Why?
Update iOS
I was experiencing some of the issues in other reviews (and was very frustrated as a result) . After working through contacts with the app developer, my hearing aid provider and finally the manufacturer of my hearing aids. I was told to update my iOS, unpair and re-pair my hearing aids (a multi step process). After restarting my phone I had to close Tuner and reopen. I tentatively think things seem to be working now.

Truhearing a trupain
Truhearing aids are the worst. The app only works about 50% of the time. I have the same complaints now that my father had 50 years ago. What happened to the improvements that we should expect with time?
Hate automatic settings
I really hate that when I open my phone and it automatically changes to my I phone. When it goes to my phone I can’t hear anything else except my phone. Really poor planning.
Unhappy
I’m so disappointed in this update. The icons for the different sound controls are off and they keep getting disconnected/ dropped what the heck. Frustrating
Terrible
It’s difficult enough getting used to wearing hearing aids then to be tied to such a poor excuse for a helpful tool is extremely frustrating to say the least! Much improvement is needed for app to even be average!

Problems running under OS13
After the last update the app is not working properly. It is loosing connection several times during the day, and does not send the phone call sound to the hearing aids. It sometimes works after shutting the phone down and restarting, but not always.

Still not working correctly . Will not answer phone to hearing aids, even with blue tooth on. Whether set to automatic or all the time, Hearing aids become disconnected from app. Very bad,
GN Tuner
I've had my hearing aids a little over 18 months, the first 7 of which, i an Android phone, so no way to "tune" the devices. After a while it was time to upgrade my phone so i got an iPhone Xr and have been able to use the tuner app. The original app was by far the best. This version? Eh, not so much. Sometimes it will connect, almost instantly when i it up after turning the devices on. Sometimes. Most of the time, by far, MOST of the time, it doesn't connect. There are even times (a LOT of times) the devices won't even connect to my iPhone or, if they do happen to connect, don't both connect, or they connect and then disconnect, either together, or one at a time, intermittently or for an extended time. I have listened to em entire CD worth of songs with only one device connected, although not always the same device throughout the playtime. When i new hearing aids again, which i get a sense that's not long time coming, there is no way on this planet i it again for for Flyte/TruHearing devices, nor for this practically USELESS tuner app. In and out. Off and on. I never know what will work. If you have these and this app, lots of luck.
