Constantly locked out
I am constantly getting locked out of my account. Face ID stops working and my manual sign in says an error has occurred. Even clicking “forgot my password” says error. Highly considering changing banks.
Why?
Not sure why I’m forced to do two factor authentication after having the app for years. I get that it’s good security practice but at least give me the option to add it to my log in myself if I actually want it. Gotta love apps making it more and more complicated to simply log in to your account.
Touch if
App doesn’t keep my Touch ID. Please correct it so it holds it.
