Same issue as others. Level 6 gems not working. Any way for a refund if not fixed asap? EDIT Quick response to level 6 issue, works good now, 1star to 3stars. Will continue playing & upgrade as appropriate. Thanks.

I am not able to get past level 6. I am able to build the mine….you can see the cart pass 5/6 times and then nothing. The rest of the buildings continue to produce.
Please assist. This is the second 8Floor game I have purchased that has had issues. Am I able to get a refund if the game does not work?
I have it on my iPad. I unloaded the game and re-loaded and still nothing.
