Clunky and annoying
The fact that you have to download an app that is clunky and does not have good search features to pay for parking which then charges you a fee to use the app to pay for parking is ridiculous.
Useless and non-functional
Phone number verification doesn’t work at all. The map never actually loads. Digging through my car for quarters is easier than trying to use this app for parking.
Careful with the “Wallet” promotions. Scam
You charge the Wallet for a discount, but it doesn’t allow you to use the wallet balance in the future.

Great app for parking
I work for a HVAC company and we do a lot work downtown where we have to pay for parking. With the app I just find a parking spot and find the zone number and set the time limit and pay. Saves so much time trying to keep up with change. The app will also tell you when you’re time is almost up. Great app

Paying is easier with the app
Pretty easy and don’t need to. Coins anymore to park here

Just a quick 15 minute pop in costs you an hour. And fees to pay with CC? Come on..

Great app convenient to use on phone and the timer help keep track of time remaining. However I wish it had the ability to select time or hours needed.
Your date picker is busted
The date picker in the credit card form crashes the app, therefore I cannot enter payment information
It’s great until you have to go somewhere
I parked here because of my Airbnb location I had to drive somewhere I couldn’t walk to, so when I came back, someone took my spot and I had to go to another spot and pay again.
Horrible Parking
Can only park for a few hours at a time. There is no way to extend it without waiting until the parking has completely run out so that you may extend your parking time. Do not use this app or these lots if avoidable.

The app is super easy to use and convenient! My only critique is I wish you could renew parking within the last 10 minutes of the meter expiring! Its stressful to watch the countdown and hope your renew before you get a ticket!

This is such a great service... staying in a cute it makes it super easy to make sure your meter is paid! Mine was I need to deed at 7am, I was able to do it from my room! I went out and I was the only one that didn’t get a ticket! Super Easy!
