trial!
I noticed some reviews on here that did not align with my own experience, so I decided to write this. If you are looking for strength, speed, power, hypertrophy, The Arena Platform will provide you with the foundation to build those qualities and see increase in other areas as well. Note this can be for anyone.
The gym is a very dependable system and I believe it can provide the “start” some people-athletes are looking for. At the end of the day, we all need strength training. The Arena Platform (and app) is very advanced - there’s no guesswork.
I utilized the piece of equipment for over three months to prep for the USAF. To reduce the risk of injury and improve on court performance for tennis players, I also set up the resistance based machine. Whether it’s 1:1 or group exercise, you choose where the session takes place because of the portability.
The metrics obtained and data collected post-workout will keep you intrigued and wanting more. I’ve done enough to feel and see visible results of body composition and more. Through seeing other athletes move well and reap similar benefits I’d recommend a trial at the very least.
Additionally, the articles, ex library, “Daily Lift,” along with other programs serve as a resource. I’d encourage you to make the time you spend scrolling really count and learn as you progress through your fitness journey. In terms of the cons, it’s not fair to expect an app to be perfect ever. Any form of software, or hardware, is expected to need some improvements and bug fixes! So, trial, or make the purchase, this will move the needle

Revolutionizing Fitness: How the Arena Workout Platform Redefines Home Exercise
I started using the Arena workout platform, and I'm thoroughly impressed. It's like having an entire gym in one convenient, portable form factor. What's fantastic is that it comes with all the necessary weights, eliminating the need for any additional equipment. The workouts are easy to navigate and fun, keeping me engaged and motivated. I love that there's no need for rep counting or exercise planning; the platform takes care of all that. The materials used are high quality, ensuring durability and a premium feel. No gym membership is required. This platform is a game-changer for anyone looking to simplify their fitness routine without compromising quality or variety. The absolute best feature is that you don't have to go back and forth to the weight rack or hope what you're looking for is there. I even change weights during a set sometimes. Try doing that conveniently in a gym.

Missing Workouts
I am pleased overall with the equipment, however the app itself is missing some components. The 10 minute workout field is empty and I feel like there should be more programs besides a runners program and prenatal program. A beginners program would be a nice edition.
love it, needs app features
Love the device, app is solid but need to be able to create and save your own workout sequences from the app exercise library.
App doesn’t pair with device
My app will only occasionally connect with my device.
Most of the time I can’t get it to recognize my device. I have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and still have trouble. When I try to scan my device it will process for 30 seconds and take me back to the page to scan it again. I’ve tried on multiple phones and iPads and it won’t scan.
I’m not able to use my device because of this, which is frustrating; particularly because it’s so expensive.
