Go by Truck is an enjoyable company to do business with. Their app is uncomplicated and simple to use. I can quickly go into the app and upload any documents I need to ( detention, accessorial, etc.) or download my load information instantaneously. When dealing with payments, Go by Truck releases load payments within minutes of receiving PODs. With the easy to use app and quick payment release, Go by Truck helps me run my company more efficiently and that is very important to me as a business owner. The employees and customer service are handled in an organized manner as well. Deseree, Alex, Ricky, Victoria, and Manzi do their jobs exceptionally well. They are all organized and reliable individuals. When ever I have a problem or concern, I can rest assured that there will be someone around to address it 24/7. The communication between my company and Go by Truck is exceptional. As a company owner, I really appreciate being able to call my broker and not have to explain who I am, what company I am from, or what load I am calling in regards to. Customer service is personal and knowledgeable. When working with Go by Truck, I know they are working with me and looking to help me with available work as best as they can. Great app the broker use to track you and to give you the load info. Gobytruck is rewarding drivers that are on time for pick up and delivery. Great communication with the employees. Always help you if you have any issues/ questions.

As far as locating apps, this one is easy to use and doesn’t give me any issues.
Simple and Effective
This is a great app for truck drivers and simple to use. A easy $100 bonus to truck drivers by simply having the app locator on and communicating with Go By Truck.
Bad App!
The app is Crashing constantly, its not intuitive and guys scam drivers with 100$ bonus for using it! 😡😡
It simply doesn’t work.
The drivers app on Android works, but Booking shipments on this app doesn’t work because nothing does.
The perfect solution
This is absolutely what the trucking industry needs, especially for the owner/operator. This is the future of the trucking industry. Be prepared folks, Go By Truck is finally here!!!
